Red curry corn

Thanks to everyone for the corn suggestions! This is based on a couple of 
them.

1 15 oz can of corn
1 tbs red curry paste

Cook the curry paste in a frying pan for about a minute, then add the corn 
and the liquid from the can. stir till the curry has dissolved, then allow to 
cook for 5-10 minutes until some (but not all) of the liquid has evaporated.
