PUMPKIN, SWEET POTATO, AND PEANUT BUTTER SOUP
2 cups pureed fresh pumpkin
2 cups cooked, pureed sweet potato
6 cups fat-free vegetable broth
1/4 cup no-salt added all-natural peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Garnish: Nonfat sour cream
Simmer all ingrediants under heated through. Serve with non-fat sour
cream.
