Just a quick addition to Michelle's warning about habanero peppers. They are
not for people who aren't absolutely *wild* for hot food (if tabasco is a lot
for you, DON'T buy habaneros!!!) and the oil is quite persistent. I love
them and always wear gloves while handling them and then wash my hands
several times after taking the gloves off. The first time I cooked with
habaneros I only wore thin latex gloves and they didn't offer enough
protection even after I washed. Unfortunately, I only found that out when I
went to remove my contact lenses later that night...
