Love those Edamame and if they were available here I would buy tons. If
they are the kind still in their skins they are the best snack food ever.
Simply defrost and salt and eat yummy other wise use the shelled beans in
any stir fry dish. I got so addicted that I not grow soybeans in the garden
and freeze any we do not scarf up while they are fresh. The green
butterbean variety is my favorite the are VERY easy to grow.
