habanero peppers

For those who may not know, habanero peppers are small, globular,
thin-skinned, bright orange, very hot peppers. They have a slight
fruity taste as well. In the chili recipe I posted, you can
substitute jalapeno peppers or cayenne pepper to taste. To cut down
the heat, remove the ribs and seeds of the habanero before mincing.
Remember to wash your hands after handling them, since you really
don't want to get the oil on any sensitive parts you may later touch.
