I recently enjoyed oven-roasted asparagus for the first time, a recipe I
found in the Vegetarian Times Cookbook & modified slightly.
Simply spritz a cookie sheet with spray, lay out the asparagus flat, and
lightly spritz them again. Bake at 300 F for no more than 10 minutes-DO
NOT OVERCOOK!! very nice sprinkled with salt.
