Cold Turkey

If you don't buy it, you won't eat it.

Clean out the pantry and give goods to a charity--cooking oils, cookies,
crackers, etc.  (Others want the food.)

Remember you can have fruits and vegetables, raw or cooked, with fatfree
sauces.  Snack on celery, carrots, fruit.

Never skip a meal.  That's how eating disorders get started.
