I've recently bought some wheatgerm. I am not really sure what to do
with it or if it has much nutritional value. I don't really know why I
bought it, except I thought I've heard it's good for you. (?). I'm new
to eating healthy & am trying to get vitamins & fiber any way I can.
I've been putting the wheatgerm on top of cold cereal with rice milk.
Is this a good thing or a waste of time?
