thank-you to christine and vaughan for the instructions.
i'm sorry i didn't recieve them before asking the 2nd time.
and thanks to all those who tried to help by telling me to
look at the bottom of the digest, but i am not sub'd to
the digest version, and therefore i do not recieve that
message at the bottom, and as well, that method did not
work for me.
i will now attempt to remove myself using the method
described.
