I saw your comment in fatfree digest about vinegar on Brussels Sprouts. I am
from the South and that is my favorite way for eating greens of any kind. I
especially like jalapeno pepper vinegar (vinegar that has had peppers
in it for about a month) and my grandfather used to eat the jalapenos after
the vinegar was finished!
I also like vinegar in vegetable soup and when I'm finished with my salad
with Balsamic vinegar dressing, I soak up any vinegar that's left in the
bottom of the bowl with a piece of crusty French bread or a warm pita.
