I am fairly new to juicing as well but my books tell me to
be sure and remove apple seeds since they contain a common
poison! All my recipes call for apples, seeded, but you
leave the skin on.
One of my favorites is carrots/apple juice, but I have
added a couple of short stalks of rhubarb. It is just the
most refreshing drink, I hope you have rhubarb where you
are and can try it.
