Re: fat-free buttermilk

Hello...I order buttermilk powder from my food coop.  It is made
by Frontier.  It comes either by 1# or 5# bags.  I am not sure how
to figure out the fat.  Apparently, when mixed, it is 45 cal/cup and
has 5 calories from fat.  Total fat is 1g/1% and saturated fat is 0g/0%.
