A delicious quesadilla is healthy and easy to make. Choose all ingredients in
fatfree versions (which are all available).
Spread flour (or corn) tortillas with refried beans. Top with grated cheese.
Fold in half and toast in toaster oven.
Cut in half or quarters if desired. Yum, yum.
