Re: chopping parsley

I just remove the main (thick) stems, then chop the rest.  Put it in a glass 
or measuring cup, use the kitchen shears down into the cup & just snip, snip, 
snip over & over till it looks right.  Much easier, in my opinion, AND 
QUICKER than chopping parsley on the cutting board.  I do the same with basil 
& other herbs.
