RE: any good resturants in sacramento?

Try:

Eat Your Vegetables at Alta Arden and Howe (great salad bar, potatoes,
soups, baked goods - many marked "McDougall Style.")

World Wrapps (Town and Country Village - Fulton and Marconi)- VERY good,
with no/low fat options - plus next door to Jamba Juice!

Fresh Choices (several locations)- like Eat Your Vegetables, but more
"chainy."

Mum's (nice sit-down vegetarian, not necessarily low fat)

Let me know if you need more explicit directions.
