soy beans

With all the talk about soy, I have instituted a new policy at my house, I
have cooked up a big crock pot of soy beans, and I froze them in ziplock
bags.  Now, when I cook any other sort of beans, I defrost a bag of soy
beans and add them to the mix.  Soy beans take longer to cook than most
other ones, this way they are all done and not too mushy.  The mix is quite
good for chili or soups, etc.
