Tofu banana pudding

I made a wonderful pudding this weekend.  I got the recipe from
"Calciuum" a vegetarian cookbook with all recipes high in calcium.

 -1 pack low fat firm mu nori tofu
 -2 very ripe small bananas
 -3/4 cup of no fat soy milk
 -1/2 tsp of stevia ( recipe called for 1/4 sugar, I used stevia instead
and was sweet enough.  I don't use sugar or substitutes at all)
1 tsp of carob powder (the recipe did not call for carob but I wanted to
try it and it was delicious.

Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until creamy.  Spoon
into 4 serving dishes and refigerate for 2 hours.  Serve cold.

I thought this to be a very yummy and extremely easy desert.
