Soy milk


I made scalloped potatoes last week, and used soy milk since I wanted it non-
dairy.  (I used Better Than Milk Light.)  The potatoes tasted fine, but were
a very unappetizing shade of gray.  Could this be from the soy milk?

Also, does cooked cornstarch pudding come out okay wuith soy milk?
