     As long as Dixie has come up again here....  I bought some of the Beef 
     Not and Chicken Not a while back, and it's been mostly sitting around 
     since then.  I thought it was OK but the big drawback was the texture 
     - like chewing on a wet sponge.  Anybody have any way to get a little 
     bit of a meatier texture?
