Organic Produce

For those people looking for sources of organic produce, I'd like to suggest
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) programs. Even if you are not
interested in the actual program (where you purchase a share of a farmer's
harvest in advance), the CSA is a great resource for identifying organic
producers in your area. You can then call them up and see where they sell
their produce locally if you don't live near them. For more information
try:

www.umass.edu/umext/CSA

The site explains CSA and lists the farms by state (plus Canada). If you
don't have web access, call 1-800-516-7797 (the Biodynamic Farmining and
Gardening Association).
