For heartburn you can try ginger tea.
About 1 heaping teaspoon of grated fresh ginger (I peel mine and use a small
food processor to ?grate? it)  I store some in the frig so I can have it any
time.  I steep it in about 1 cup of hot water for 10 minutes.  This is good
and good  for you.  I use four drops of stevia to sweeten this.  Dr. Weil
says this is also good for the immune system.

You may also try chamomile tea.  I buy it in bulk at the hfs.  Steep 1-2
teaspoons in hot water for about 10 minutes.  I usually don't need to
sweeten this.

Both of these work well for me.
