I am relatively new to the fatfree digest and am enjoying it very much.
I have already tried several new recipes and have learned about many new
products available for VLF and FF cooking.I thank everyone for being
willing to share their ideas and info.
I did not receive digest # 134 and # 143. Could someone e-mail them to
me or tell me how to go about getting them?. A note of caution, I am
virtually computer ignorant.
