Hello everyone,
I purchased some Shitake mushrooms at the weekend as I had seen
them mentioned so many times on this list but now I don't know what to
do with them.I bought some wild mushrooms too and used them along with
some button mushrooms to make soup but I would prefer to do something
more substantial with the Shitake mushrooms as I have never seen them
before and they were quite pricey!
