Vegetarian Chilli

2 cloves garlic
1 small white onion
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 can red beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup chopped celery
1 can diced tomatoes, no salt
1 TBS. white vinegar
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp basil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 package chilli seasoning

Saute onion and garlic in skillet sprayed lightly with PAM, until onions
are clear.  Add all ingredients and simmer for about 2 hours or until
celery is tender.
