Marinade 4

This is the fourth and last of the marinade recipes.

                          Thai Flavors Marinade

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
     1/4  cup           minced fresh parsley
     1/4  cup           lime juice
     1/4  cup           lemon juice
   2      teaspoons     reduced-sodium soy sauce
   1      teaspoon      red pepper flakes
     1/2  teaspoon      peeled grated gingerroot
   3      cloves        garlic -- minced

Combine all the ingredients in a shallow glass dish. Add a pound of
vegetables.  Marinate for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Broil or grill until done, basting occasionally with the leftover marinade.
 Serves 4.
