Egg replacer powder - some advice

DON'T replace egg replacer powder with baking powder, especially if the
recipe already includes BP.  Baking powder has a definite flavor that
becomes apparent in quantity.  I've made this mistake once...

The "egg" powder is a combination of starches:potato, tapioca, etc.  I have
heard that you can replace it with soy flour (but haven't tried this).
