        Yes, you can freeze squash.  I do it every year, as I make a great
zucchini bread.  That way we can enjoy it all year round. I grate the squash
and place it in freezer bags, preferably the "zip" type, as it can get
liquidy when thawed.  I'm not at home right now, so I'll have to send my
recipes later after I gather them up.
