Fasting is very unhealthy.  Your body needs nourishment and water
constantly.  You may become nauseated, irritable, have headaches, become
very weak and confused and, in the extreme, have irregular heartbeat and
unconsciousness.  And the older you are the more likely there will be

Fasting is out.  The monks of the middle ages who recommended fasting did
not have the advantage of modern medicine.  Sometimes it is life-threatening!

If you must do somethimg, eat small meals every few hours!
