Pasta Fagioli (Pasta Fazool)

    This is fast and easy and good:

				    PASTA E FAGIOLI  (Pasta Fazool)

				   from Chris Fennimore @ *WQED COOKS*

    1 med		onion, chopped

	   1 med		green pepper, chopped 

   	2 med		carrots, chopped 

	   2 cloves 	garlic, crushed

	Saute together until vegetables are tender. Add:

	   2 cans		beans (cannolini / garbanzo / fava), undrained

	   4 cups		vegetable stock (homemade / canned / bouillon)

	Bring to boil, then add:

	   1 # 		small pasta same size as beans (shells / ditalini), cooked

	Heat and serve topped with grated ff cheese (Parmesan / Romano)
