sauce for beans/rice

Try chopping lots of your favorite herb, and binding into a sauce with
fat-free yoghurt/sour cream. Remember to add salt or lemon juice. Try
saving some cooked chopped onion/garlic from the next time you use it
and add to the herb concoction. I love it and make my own 'pesto', with
coriander, green chilli, salt and yoghurt. Some people add dry bread
crumbs for body.
