Has anyone ever tried making a friendship starter without milk? Like maybe
using rice or oat milk? A friend gave me a recipe but I would like to try
making it without dairy. I didn't think it would be a good idea to use soy as
it needs to be refrigerated or it spoils. As I understand the recipe, it needs
to sit out to ferment.
