I had no problem finding a caterer to accomodate my vegetariqan wedding
reception needs. I talked to several who were willing to do so before I
selected one, and some were even willing to give a discounted price because
the food was cheaper. The one I selected agreed to a special shopping trip
to get animal rennet free cheeses and assured me several times that the
pasta and bread that were served were all eggless. I could eat everything
there! Unless you live in a small town, you shouldn't have to compromise.
After all, it's your weding day--you should have something YOU can eat!
