pumpkin oatmeal

I always have an open can of pumpkin in my refridgerator.

I add a couple of big spoonfuls to my oatmeal (actually, I usually
have another grain mix, but they're all roughly equivalent), some
water, some OJ, some cinnamon, and nuke it.  Yum yum!  Proportions 
are very tolerant.  I just check the consistent while I stir it, and
it is actually pretty thick.
