Yeah, I know what you mean, Pat, about your white sauce not thickening
when you use Rice Dream....I've tried at least twice, (failing miserably
I might add) to make instant pudding with Tofu White milk. Nothing
thickened. At all. Just like a butterscotch milkshake (a thin one). I've
never tried making a white sauce with Tofu White, but I'm willing to bet
that the results would be disappointing too. Why is this? Anyone know?
