Since I started keeping track of my nutrition with DietWatch Diary
(download for free from www.softwatch.com) it's pointed out that
I'm terribly low on calcium. Short of fortified orange juice, what's a
low-calorie no dairy girl to do? I try to eat things like kale but there
is only so much of that I can take.....

Suggestions, please (or should I just get a supplement?)
