Hi everyone. For all those Canadians out there looking for a good milk
substitute I found a great one yesterday. It's called Whyte's Dary-Free
and it tastes and looks like real milk (when its stirred or shaken), is
fat free and calcium fortified. I found it in my local natural food
store. I have never been able to drink soy or rice milks straight - but
this one tastes great to me. It is not vegan (it has honey in it) - for
those of you who are ethical vegans. We are quite blessed with our
selection of health and vegetarian food products here on the coast but if
you can get this product in Vancouver I'm sure you can get it in the rest
of Canada.
