I found lots of fava bean recipes in Italian, Greek and Near Eastern
cookbooks. You can find them dried, fresh or frozen. Most of the recipes need
to be adapted as they all call for olive oil. I found recipes for pureed fava
beans as well as soup recipes. If you're interested I'd be glad to send you
some.
