Fat-Free Creamer


My husband and I have been using non- and low-fat rice milk, plain and
vanilla, as creamer, and for frothing for cappucino. It's wonderfully
sweet naturally, and it makes us feel much better than milk (which we
find makes leaves us feeling sluggish. I guess that's no wonder, since
cow's milk is produced by the animal for a baby cow who will gain 300
pounds +- in only one year.
