Mongolian Barbecue

"Are the noodles at Mongolian BBQ Restaurants fatfree, or are they cooked
or fried in oil before they are put in the serving line?"

At the Mongolian Grill in Bethesda, they had boiled rice as well as rice
noodles and cellephane (spelling?) noodles which, I guess, were boiled or
water-soaked.  They were definately not fried, though there might have been
a fried noodle option that I just didn't notice.
