From what I can gather, angel food cake has alot of sugar in it? We don't have
it here but use sponge cake instead which presumably can be adapted using egg
subst.
Then chop jelly over the sponge and pour over some sherry and perhaps some
canned pineapple with some juice. Cover with custard, leave to cool then
serve. YUM
