What to do with Millet?

Frank asked what to do with Millet. Contrary to popular opinion, millet is
not "for the birds."

You just have to remember to toast the millet before using it (fry it in a
pan for about 5 minutes). Then you can incorporate it into a whole grain
cereal. (Any combination of grains, i.e. millet, quinoa, steel cut oats,
barley, rice, toasted millet and cook in a ratio of 2 to 1). You can put it
in vegetable soup, put it in a crock pot along with other vegetables or
broth or cook it in the oven in a vegetable casserole. Millet, celery and
potatoes is a good combination. Millet and leeks also good together!

Chip...chip....chip.... chip.... chk-a-dee-dee-
