Hello Everyone,
This being my first post to this group and all, I suppose I should have sat
down and thought up a smarter question to ask. Or at the very least, I
should have thought up a question that would not make me look so dumb.
*grin*. BUT, I have seen several letters referring to an 'SAD' diet. And,
try as I might, I cannot for the life of me figure out what 'SAD' stands
for. I know I will kick myself when I find out, but would some kind soul
please take pity on me and clue me in?? Thanks so much.
