Mustard is high in fat? Not all!

Jessica Parsons wrote "mustard is not fat-free, is in itself high in fat, and
should be used lightly."

She must be talking about some of those "gourmet" brands that use oil and not
the kind I use, Westbrae Natural's Yellow Mustard. According to its
nutritional facts, a serving of Westbrae Natural's Yellow Mustard is 1
teaspoon and has no fat at all. Guess it just shows you have to read labels
on any food you buy.
