I believe that chestnuts are low in fat.  It is the only one.

I don't really miss meat and don't feel the need to find
substitutes, either
for myself or for my family. What I do miss is nuts! I *love* to
include a few
walnuts in my morning 9-grain cereal, along with raisins and
other dried
fruits. But I rarely do it because of the high fat content. Has
anyone found
any good substitutes for nuts?
