Protein/Serena's question

Hi Serena,
From what I've learned, you need anywhere from .8grams of protein to
1.2grams of protein per kilogram of bodyweight. So, take your desired
weight, divide by 2.2, and then multiply by .8 grams if you are in
good health and physically fit. Multiply by 1.2 if under a lot of
stress, and doing weightlifting, or preparing for surgery. You are
probably somewhere in-between. You would need around 45grams to 70
grams of protein.
Veggies are also high in protein (for the relatively small
amount of calories). Beans, tofu, seitan, soy milk......Janine
