yummy bean spread

Hi everyone!

I've been lurking for quite a while now, partially because I've been having
some trouble getting back into eating fat free. All the recipes and tips
are great, though, and have helped motivate me to "get back on track".

I just made this really super bean spread/dip, and wanted to share it
before I forgot how I made it:

1 can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 scallion, chopped into little discs
1 "blob" chopped roasted garlic (I got it in a can)
lemon juice (about half a smallish lemon, I think)
dried dill weed
sprinkle of cayenne

All I did was throw the beans, scallion, and garlic into the food
processor, smashed it all up, and added the lemon juice til it got smooth.
Then I mixed the dill and cayenne in by hand until it "looked right". I'm
going to have it for lunch tomorrow on pita bread with tomatoes and lettuce
(if the lettuce hasn't died in the bottom of the fridge already).

Enjoy!

Cheers!!
Chris

p.s. Does anyone have any tips for resisting the call of the pizza delivery
place after a long long day at work? I have a hard time convincing myself
to cook fat free at the end of the day. Quick recipes are more than
welcome, too! Thanks!
