Strewberry Spring Salad

 From Cooking Light April 1997 issue.

3 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons water
1 Tablespoon honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
3 cups quartered strawberries
one 10-ounce bag Italian blend salad greens (about 6 cups)

1.  Combine first 5 ingredients and stir well with a wisk.

2.  Combine strawberries and greens.  Add vinegar Mixture; toss to
coat.
