Do any list members have any ideas for possible foods to avoid or increase 
intake of when diagnosed with scleroderma?  My 21 year old, and until now 
very healthy, brother was officially diagnosed yesterday and, while we are 
all in a spin at the moment, the time will come when we can all move into a 
practical and helpful mode.  I would like to have some ideas for then.

I have done some reading and it seems that many symptoms are similar to 
rheumatoid arthritis so anyone with ideas with that would be great too. 
 Please respond privately if suggestions are off-topic.
