Fat substitute for the bread machine

Has anyone found a really good oil substitute for the bread machine?



When I substitute for fat in my bread machine, I use a veggie or fruit puree that seems 
like the flavor would go with the type of bread being baked.  Example:  in swedish rye 
bread, I add pureed pumpkin.  In oatmeal bread, I add applesauce.  Good luck!  Mary
