Here's an idea I got from the Weight Watchers vegetarian meal plan. Use about
a 1/4 cup of Ricotta and mix in about a teaspoon of peanut butter. You can
use more or less to taste, but remember, peanut butter is loaded with fat so
use it in moderation. Spread this mixture on two rice cakes, top with sliced
bananas and drizzle with honey. This is soooo yummy!
